  1. MKRSC11 is MKRSC v.1.1 by J. Charlton (dated Nov. 11, 1991).  MKRSC is a
  2. simple GEM resource construction program (RCP) suitable for the creation
  3. of dialog boxes and menus designed to work on all ST-Falcon computers
  4. (Geneva compatible, too).  This program is a GEM based utility for those
  5. interested in GEM programming on the Atari ST/MEGA computers, but not
  6. having access to a commercial resource builder.  The docs say that the
  7. program has no facility for the creation of icons or bit mapped images,
  8. but is only useful for the creation of new resource files and their
  9. associated C header files (well, the author says you can try to load
  10. already extant .RSC files and it _might_ work, sometimes).  This
  11. description is a bit different from the one the uploader gave, which was
  12. that you can use this and the Falcon to display and edit full color
  13. icons with 3D effects.  I don't know one way or the other!  Color or
  14. mono.
